ThereвЂ™s Avril, a scrapper-turned-POW (whom I initially thought would be the lead character), and Mihaly, a highly-skilled pilot whose abilities are being used as data for drones. It introduces you to a number of supporting characters. The game is spliced with numerous cutscenes from news broadcasts to story exposition. From there, you amass your kills, earning the respect and adoration of fellow pilots. Trigger ends up with a penal squadron sent out to dangerous missions given how expendable they were. You play as вЂњTrigger,вЂќ a silent protagonist whose promising career gets shot down (figuratively) after a major friendly-fire incident. I must admit that I couldnвЂ™t feel attached at all to the gameвЂ™s narrative. OseanвЂ™s ElevenД«ut first, letвЂ™s get the bad stuff out of the way - the story. ThatвЂ™s practically a boss fight right there. In fact, by the time they get to you, you may have completed the mission anyway.ДЇor an idea of approximate times, with 2 people you can probably complete the entire stage in 15-20 minutes, with 4 around 10-15 minutes.The Arsenal Bird вЂ“ a mobile flying fortress with hundreds of drones, a laser beam, and shield tech. Towards the end of the stage you will actually get a small squadron with a named ace coming from the east, but they are not mission targets, so you can choose to ignore them. Using guns for these main targets is a good idea, even though they can all be hit with missiles as well. Also just like in the story mission, when you finally get the Aigaion heavily damaged you'll need to attack it from the front and below, firing up into the cockpit to take it out. You can either do this by hitting them when they turn, coming from the front, or hitting them from above. Once you take out all the smaller targets on the support ships, you'll need to hit their front target which will be labeled 'GYGES' or 'KOTTOS'. You'll have to take out the Strigon team regardless as they are targets, but saving your AWACS isn't a huge help, so don't feel bad if you can't save it. Watch out for flak above the battle area.ДЄfter a while the Strigon team will come out and you'll need to deal with them, although they are slightly easier than in co-op stage 1 because this time they're going after your AWACS.

If you're good at controlling your plane, use auto-pilot and yaw control to sweep from one direction to another to quickly take out groups of targets on the Aigaion and support craft. Don't get too close to the support ships as they will start turning and you can fly into them. Just like in the main mission, fly around, get behind them and start unloading. Planes with XLAA and the CFA-44 with EML aren't good choices here as you don't need the extra damage or long range they provide since you'll have many very slow moving targets.ДЄt the start of the match you will see the Aigaion and 6 support ships in front of you.

There are no ground enemies so be sure to pick a plane and secondary weapon that's good for air-to-air combat. This mission is similar to the mission in the single player campaign where you take out the Aigaion, except there are extra support aircraft (Gyges and Kottos). Note that the damage you take in the co-op missions is on par with that of normal difficulty in single player, so you can survive a few missile hits and quite a bit of flak/anti-aircraft fire. You have a total of 30 minutes to complete the mission. If you crash or get shot down in either of the co-op stages you will lose time (up to 39 seconds depending on the plane you have). Keep in mind that you can set the weapon level to 5 and have lots of extra weaponry. Of the two co-op missions this is easier, so I'd suggest doing this first regardless of the number of people you have.
